Registration was today; it's weird to think of how school and senior year's just right around the corner. We had a J's & V's board meeting in the library around 10:30-ish. I had to run off halfway through though cuhs they gave me Spanish AP and I cannot take that class and neeeed Enviro. Luckily, MacInnis was able to switch me in; I was so unbelievably happy!

Mom and I both got new phones later on at night. (: Mine's the Samsung Magnet; I would've rather gotten a different color, but this was the only one it came me. Anyhow, it's growing on me.

Also, Tiffany's iPod arrived today (along with my refund for the shipping! : D)

Mom went to Ralphs to pick up medications for the grandparents, and I went to pick up some chocolate.

We went over to Marukai afterwards; I love looking at these Japanese trinkets.

As Dad and I were driving home after he picked me up from work, I saw this huge buildup of clouds in the sky. Dad pointed it out and said that that kind of cloud manifested from all the smoke and ash from the fires in the San Gabriel area and other places that have been on fire lately. I thought it was kind of beautiful.

It's my last day volunteering at the Biomed institute, which I am more than happy about. I am sad that I didn't talk to Luan this year; every year there's always like one day where they throw us together in the same room and we talk a little and I think he is like my dream guy or something, and this year it just didn't happen. On our first day Jessica mentioned that he got into UCLA, so who knows if he'll even be back again.

Jennifer, Tiffany, Tiffani, and I went to watch The Time Traveler's Wife at Del Amo today. We were almost late since Jen went around picking everyone up, and Tiffani lives so far from us, and she didn't really know how to get to Del Amo from her house. We ended up making it into the theater in the middle of the trailers lol.

I was a little disappointed by the film, since I guess I was expecting a more powerful storyline or something. But it did have some stunning visuals, so I'm at least at peace with that.

Today was our End of Summer Bonfire. (: The day started out promisingly enough; Jennifer and I stopped by Jasmyne's house (I had to drop off her very belated birthday present and Jen had to give her something else) before stopping by Albertson's to pick up some things for the bonfire. Jennifer was gonna come a little later with Tiffany, while I was getting a ride from Frank.

Okay so the thing was supposed to start at 1pm, but half the people were 3 hours late (partly because David was taking like 5 people and they kept making trips back and forth, getting pizza, ice, and whatnot)! I brought a deck of cards and was gonna play with Frank, but after two games of Speed we realized it was a trick deck and only had 8's through aces hahaha. Sad how it took us two games to figure that out (actually, if he hadn't pointed it out, I would've never realized it lol).

After the guys arrived, we played Charades (I asked Jen to bring her pictionary cards), and even though the guys were a little reluctant at first, it turned out to be a lot of fun (and they almost beat us, actually, which is crazy, considering how they sucked at acting out the words hahah).

Boys will be boys.

When it got dark, we played some mafia (with my trick deck lol); a lot of the guys were playing it for the first time, surprisingly, so it didn't run as smoothly as it should've (especially since Khang kept screwing us up lol).

Mom came home at noon today! (:

She brought me chocolate and brownies. Good woman. ♥

These are really cute; I think it's supposed to "symbolize" me and Andy or something hahah. They're doll-music boxes. (:

We ordered some pizza from Pizza Hut for dinner; Andy and I were gonna do that last night since if Mom's not home cooking dinner, it's like, we automatically buy food lol. But it was already like 11pm, and they were closed or something. D: Whatever, we got it today. I love my tomatoes and sausage (Andy insisted on adding pepperonis to it). ♥

Tiffany and I had plans to bike over to Subway for lunch today, but then Prisca and Jennifer wanted in, so then we biked over to Prisca's house (where Jennifer was already there doing/copying homework). We ended up staying there til, like, 2pm lol. Then Jen and Prisca drove back over to Jennifer's house, and Tiffany and I biked over, and then we were tired, so Jennifer just drove us to Subway lol.

We went back to Jen's house and played Heavenly Sword again, what else lol. Jen needed me to beat this boss for her hahah.

We went and replayed that Protect Shen part, and at one point I was like "lolol aim the arrow at Shen." And Jen was like "No!" but she missed the guy she was aiming for and HIT SHEN IN THE EYE LOL. AND THEN HE JUST KEELED OVER AND DIED. AHAHAHA.

... And then while I played, Jennifer took like a million pictures of the game with my camera lol.

I found these shorts in my Ottoman trunk-chair thing today! No recollection of buying them whatsoever lol.

Also, Mom left for San Francisco with Dan today, so it's just gonna be me and Andy until sometime Tuesday.

Johnny came over today, and we went to By Brazil for lunch after I got off from work. I wanted to go to Chicken Dijon, but Andy was all "Brazilian bbq or nothing. D8<" And of course I didn't eat much cuhs there's not much there that I want to eat, and Johnny kept saying something about starving children in China. Those two have voids for stomachs.

We came back and played Wii for a few hours afterwards, and naturally those two were constantly trying to sabotage me. xP

They took it pretty hard when I took 1st on Maple Treeway. >8D

... And when I beat out Johnny in Mario Party (I was Boo, he was Hammer Bro). Andy was Yoshi but hey, I beat one of them at least lol.

The zongzi turned out great. =D

Frank asked me to pick up a job app for him at the Y. Except he doesn't really know what he wants to apply for so yeah ... lol.

Went running with Ken and Frank today. I DIED. ): No srsly, I cannot believe how out of shape I am! I was like, out of breath and falling behind right away (at least they were nice enough to wait for me hurhur)! My head and stomach were dying, and I totally was never going to go running again. But then I came home and found out I lost like 4lbs, so I'm definitely gonna make them run with me again LOL.

MOM WILL NOT LET US ADOPT THIS DOG. WHYY. HE IS SUCH A CUTIE. ):
