Art: Who brought sushi? Annie?
Jamie: WOOOOOOW.
Just cuhs I'm asian. Classy. xD
After that, I went over to do the deep water thing, and Alex and Shanese were having so much trouble keeping Rachel (their victim) on the board! And then Corey told them their turn was over, and me and Douglas went up, and damn, we were pro. I mean, it was really rocky at first cuhs Douglas kept handing Shanese (our victim) to me the wrong way, but neither of us knew it was the wrong way, but Corey kept saying that I was either grabbing her arms or flipping her over the wrong way, and I was like "Wtf! I'm doing exactly what you're telling me to do!" and then they realized Douglas was just handing her off to me backwards instead of turned around like he was supposed to. But yeah, we got it right after that, switched positions, and got it right on the first try. =D
Then we went back over to the shallow end, back to the spinal injury one; I was planning on partnering with Douglas again, since I figured it would be so much easier to work with someone that could actually hold the board up, but then Corey came over and just picked pairs and stuck Douglas with Skylar. And made me their victim. D: It hurt when Douglas grabbed my arms to flip me over, btw, since his grip was so tight; I was like whimpering the whole time LOL. Anyhow, their attempt didn't go so well, and then I was working with Skylar, and she was pretty terrible at both roles.
In my last attempt I was working with Shanese, and Corey was like "You only get one try" to me, since I already had two chances with Alex and Skylar, and I was like "O___O" because out of all those tries we never really got past getting our victim actually on the board. But omg, it just all worked out. I was the first guard, and when Shanese was dipping the board, I just pushed Douglas (our victim) towards her, since the hardest part is positioning the board, and the rest went relatively smoothly. Except for the part where I had to hold Douglas's head still while keeping the board up. My arms totally weren't strong enough to do it, so I arched my body way back and basically had the board sitting on my whole chest. And then it was like crushing my collarbone, and making it really hard to breathe. ;o; But yeah, once Shanese got all the straps done, we were home free. Afterwards we switched, and I had her push Douglas towards me when I was dipping the board too, and it worked. My arms were shaking so much when I was doing the straps though, cuhs I was so tired from holding the board up; I couldn't even tighten them properly!
Anyhow, Corey pointed out little flaws here and there, but said we passed, and that's all that really mattered. 8`D
